Dynamo
Dynamo is the debut EP by Brazilian-born, Milan-based producer Worli, released on May 19, 2023, via the London-based label Baroque Sunburst. The EP features three tracks: “Dynamo,” “Dynamo (Etch Remix),” and “Breath – Dance.” The title track, “Dynamo,” is characterized by enthralling grooves, cavernous basslines, and spectral vocals, evoking the circularity of a generator. The Etch Remix offers a full jungle treatment, intensifying the original’s energy. “Breath – Dance” explores psycho-physical experiences through the alternation of caustic breaks and introspective ambiances. The EP is deeply rooted in the depths of 90’s D&B, showcasing Worli’s ability to blend traditional rhythms with experimental textures. The release was limited to 300 copies, pressed at Optimal, and features hand-stamped, screen-printed PVC sleeves.
