Shipping Policy
Shipping Policy (Retail Records Only)
This shipping policy applies only to retail records purchased through our online store. It does not apply to custom lathe-cut or pressed records, which are handled separately through direct client engagement and follow a different process.
In-Stock Items
When a record is marked “in stock”, it means we have it physically available and ready to ship. These orders will usually be dispatched within 5 business days of receiving full payment.
We include a small packaging fee in the shipping cost to cover the sturdy mailers and protective materials required to get your records to you safely. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Shipping Methods
You will be able to select a shipping carrier and method during checkout. We will ship your order using the carrier and service you choose. Please note:
No special requests can be made regarding shipping method, packaging details, or combining future orders.
All orders are packed securely using quality materials appropriate for vinyl records.
Once your parcel has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information (if available from the carrier).
Please use the tracking details provided to lodge a query with the courier service if you are unsure when your order will arrive. Contacting the courier directly is the fastest and most effective way to get delivery updates.
If an item is lost or damaged in transit, this must be taken up with the courier service you selected at checkout. Analog Dreams Pty Ltd is not liable for loss or damage once a parcel has been handed to the carrier, but we will assist you where possible in lodging a claim.
Backordered Items
If an item is listed as backordered, this means we are waiting for stock to arrive—typically from overseas suppliers.
You will be charged separately for shipping on each backordered item at the time full payment is taken.
Backordered items will be dispatched as soon as stock becomes available.
Many of our titles are imported, and typical wait times range from 6 to 8 weeks, though this may vary.
We recommend placing separate orders if you wish to receive in-stock items sooner rather than waiting for backordered titles to arrive.
